A Dutch and English-speaking support desk is here to guide you step-by-step. Whether you're a student, teacher, exam coordinator, or support staff member.
Teachers
If you need help using our digital testing and feedback platform, you can chat, email, or call us. That way, when it really matters, you’re guaranteed direct contact with someone who can assist you right away.
There’s also the option to request on-site support from the Test-Correct team during exam sessions. Ideal if the first exam week still feels a bit daunting.


ICT support
For technical support, we have a second-line ICT support desk. Through this dedicated service, we ensure Test-Correct integrates seamlessly with your school’s systems, such as Magister and Somtoday. We also work with you to ensure secure environments are accessible for everyone and all accommodations (text-to-speech, time extensions, etc.) are properly arranged for all students.
Training
To make the most of our digital testing and feedback platform, we offer tailored on-site training sessions for teachers. These include a variety of topics to help support your institution, such as: Smart Test Management, Summative Testing, and Formative Assessment.
